Cekura is a YC-backed Voice AI company. Its founder had deep technical expertise and an established reputation in his field. Our job was to bring more of his thinking to LinkedIn and help it reach people relevant to the business.
The team was understandably cautious about handing the writing to an outside agency. Voice AI is a technical, fast-moving space, and the founder’s name would be attached to everything we published.
They needed to trust that we could understand the subject, preserve his perspective, and produce work he would be comfortable sharing with people who knew the industry as well as he did.
The process
We built the collaboration around calls and a dedicated Slack channel, where we keep ideas, founder inputs, drafts, feedback, and approvals.
- We bring research and potential angles to the conversation. We discuss these with the founder to understand where he has something valuable to add. His experience and opinions help us decide which ideas deserve a post and what the post should actually say.
- He shares the context behind the ideas. He prefers sending his inputs through Slack, giving us the details and examples we need to write with substance. This also gives him room to contribute between calls, whenever something comes to mind.
- We turn those inputs into content. We handle the structure, writing, and presentation while keeping his perspective intact. Alongside individual posts, we developed original IP that went on to go viral.
- He reviews the work before it goes live.Drafts go through feedback and approval in Slack. Each round helps us understand his voice more closely and makes the next set of posts easier to get right.
The results
Publishing three to four times a week, the account has generated:
- 640K+ LinkedIn impressions.
- Follower growth from 18K to 25K.
- Demo bookings through posts.
- Viral original IP developed during the partnership.
The demo bookings gave us a concrete sign that the content was reaching people interested in what Cekura was building.
The partnership expanded to another co-founder’s X account
As the work progressed, Cekura also brought us in to manage another co-founder’s presence on X.
The first tweet we published crossed 40K impressions and was reposted by Paul Graham. Multiple tweets have since gone viral.
What started with one founder’s LinkedIn account has grown into an ongoing partnership across two founders and two platforms.
